– We will provide a checklist of documents required by different universities
– Our counsellors will guide you on every step of the document preparations, completing your application forms and to where the forms should be sent to.

– Receive offer letter from the university if you have met all the admissions requirements  and also after passing the entrance exam for certain universities.
– Rejection letter (speak to GWS, we are happy to help)

– Confirm offer acceptance before deadline
– It may include partial payment of the tuition fees

– Students are required to drop by to the embassy
– Medical check-up may be required
– Parents statement of funding

– We assist students to arrange for both university and private hostel

– We make arrangements for students’ flight ticket
– Organise pre-departure events to share important tips
– Doctors will be invited to share their student-life experience and ways to adapt  to a new environment (depends on availability)

– Students will be immediately brought to check in hostel after reaching
– We will provide new sim card to all students to contact their parents upon arrival
– Assist with university registration and register a new bank account
– Shopping for necessities
